i have been trying to keep it highly vibrational for my family and me this entire quarantine...So i been finding things to do to keep me in that space. I recently bought a bike at the urging of my Long long time great friend Ramona, who is a serial NYC bike rider... She rides her bike to any of the boroughs from Harlem...
Yesterday, we decided to take a ride up the west side of Harlem along the Hudson river... MANNNNN what an awesome day we had, We rode from 110 street and 5th ave up to Inwood Park and back, (6hrs) with a rest stop in between though!!! but I still Had to take an Epsom bath that night...take a look at the videos of my adventures..
There's this area right on the edge of the water, just before the bridge, where you can create your own rock sculpture...How super cool is that
Just a ride pass and under the George Washington Bridge, your next park stop is Fort Tryon. If you're pressed to find a park boot camp or somewhere to work out, there is also an area for you to get your fitness on.
There is also an Amazing View Just before the Park, under a Pergola.. I couldn't resist doing a headstand...Yoga every dammm Day
